• Write and distribute email and correspondence to all support centres;
• Liaise with various stakeholders, in support centres, on a daily basis;
• Verify transcripts and completed study awards;
• Capture records and results on a learner database;
• Filing;
• General admin duties.

The successful candidate needs to be able to:

• Work independently, as well as, part of a team;
• Work accurately;
• Keep to strict deadlines
• Liaise professionally with support centre staff, external entities and students;
• Communicate well in English, both written and verbal.

Required:

• A Three-year higher education qualification is a pre-requisite;
• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience (in an administrative/education environment, would be advantageous);
• Computer literacy - good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages;
• Must be a South African citizen.
