Write and distribute email and correspondence to all support centres;
Liaise with various stakeholders, in support centres, on a daily basis;
Verify transcripts and completed study awards;
Capture records and results on a learner database;
Filing;
General admin duties.
The successful candidate needs to be able to:
Work independently, as well as, part of a team;
Work accurately;
Keep to strict deadlines
Liaise professionally with support centre staff, external entities and students;
Communicate well in English, both written and verbal.
Required:
A Three-year higher education qualification is a pre-requisite;
Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience (in an administrative/education environment, would be advantageous);
Computer literacy - good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages;
Must be a South African citizen.
