    Assisting the financial manager within a print manufacturing environment. Providing assistance with the efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations in the finance department.

    Duties include:
    • Financial reporting
    • Production reporting
    • Monthly statements
    • Billings
    • Checking debtors and creditors
    • Statutory requirements
    • Tax requirements
    • Budget preparation assistance
    • General ledger
    • Annual financial statement assistance
    • Fixed asset register maintenance
    • Payroll function
    • Assistance with HR issues
    • Production costing
    Required:
    • B.Comm or equivalent financial qualification
    • Computerised accounting software - SAGE Evolution
    • 3-5 years financial control experience gained in print/manufacturing
    • Strong financial and production reporting essential
    • Hands on reporting and accounting experience
    • Able to do the ground work
    • Production costing experience
    • Strong tax knowledge and experience
    • Able to work under pressure with tight time deadlines
    • Own transport
    • Valid licence
