    General administrator - Mosselbay - Western Cape

    Our client, based in Mossel Bay, is looking to employ a general administrator.

    Responsibilities:
    • Will be the liaison between the clients and suppliers
    • Receiving and directing clients
    • Basic administration
    • Scheduling and dispatching work crews to the appropriate location
    • Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment

    Requirements:
    • Must have experience in administration
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Must form great relationships with clients and suppliers
    • Must be able to work on computer systems, e.g Sage; Pastel; ERP etc.
    • Must be able to work well in teams.
