The HR manager is responsible for leading the human resources function for Fraxion. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, and providing support to employees throughout their lifecycle with the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS businesses and the HR challenges they face:
Attracting and retaining top talent: develop creative recruiting strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Managing a remote workforce: create a sense of community and belonging for remote employees, while managing performance and conducting training remotely.
Compliance with evolving regulations: stay up-to-date on the latest regulations, identify and manage compliance risks, and train employees on new regulations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and compensation packages.
Provide support to employees throughout their lifecycle with the company, including onboarding, performance management, and training and development. This includes providing training, setting expectations, and helping employees connect with their new team members.
Work with employees to set goals, track their progress, and provide feedback. Help managers resolve performance issues.
Manage employee relations, including resolving employee complaints and enforcing company policies. Work to create a positive and productive work environment.
Administer employee benefits programs.
Comply with all applicable HR laws and regulations.
Ensure HR policies and procedures align with relevant System and Organization Controls (SOC) requirements.
Partner with other departments to ensure that HR policies and procedures are aligned with the overall business goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on SaaS or eProcurement businesses.
Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
