Junior Account Executive

• Provide overall assistance as a runner to the account directors and managers in the client service department
• Print and follow up on urgent briefs for the client service department
• Follow up with traffic on jobs required by the client service department daily
• Assist with managing the effective administration of accounts
• Assist with the preparation of contact reports, status reports and job briefs/amendments
• Multitask across various accounts and organise regular internal and external client meetings across accounts
• Assist with budget control across accounts

• Relevant tertiary qualification (i.e. business management/marketing management etc.)
• At least one year’s experience in client service as an account executive
• At least one year’s experience in a digital or BTL agency
• Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written)
• Proven knowledge of digital and social media marketing and managing projects for those channels (these include: brand websites, store/restaurant websites, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok)
