Marine Engineer

We have a great opportunity available for a qualified maritime engineer on an offshore fishing vessel in the United Kingdom.

The successful candidates' flights; visas and travel expenses will be covered by the company.

Requirements:

• Excellent operational management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Minimum of three years experience as an offshore marine engineer
• Degree or equivalent in maritime engineering
• Ability to work in a team in a confined living space

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of vessel’s machinery and mechanical equipment
• Supervising engine crew and ISM applications for the engine department.
• Follow up day to day operation and engine room requirements.
• Cleaning and maintaining engine room.
• Responsible for main engine, systems and main pumps.
• Distribution of work for engineers and ratings

Remuneration: £1300 -  £1500 basic salary per month (depending on experience)
