Operations Trainer

• Tertiary qualification in HR, education, and/or training

• Three years prior experience as a trainer or in a similar position

• Proven ability to train and facilitate group sessions

• Proven track record in developing and deploying training solutions to meet the needs of the business

• Prepare, develop and manage training material

• Provide support, developing and maintaining training programs

• Oversee training processes by monitoring training methods and giving feedback on training areas that need to be improved on

• Work closely with managers to identify key training needs and find best practice to implement training activities

• Being active on all platforms in driving continuous learning, motivation and key strategies

• Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of training programs

• Research new training methods
