Regional Promotions Coordinator - position based in Port Elizabeth

• The overall job description includes a diverse variety of program planning and organisational tasks. Focused on advertising, a business promotion uses special events and other promotional platforms to build interest in a product or business

• Diploma preferred or equivalent job-related experience.
• Valid drivers licence and own a reliable car;
• Availability to work over a weekend and public holidays in the event that an activation is running
• Travel required for training or other scheduled events.
• Booking, recruiting, training of promoted staff
• Constantly update promoter’s database
• Ensure feedback forms, reporting and timesheets are signed, checked and managed on a weekly basis
• Ensure smooth running of activations with providing constant feedback to internal teams and client when necessary.

•  Must have Excel and PowerPoint skills
•  Carry heavy appliances/equipment. Purchase product and supplies and Assemble stage;
•  Construct/set-up/display Point of Purchase materials- insert price signs, display product information.
•  Oversee the activation execution and the setup of activation, includes, lifting, driving and set up of POS (Point of Sale), collateral, Kit   and parts
