What we need?
We have openings in Johannesburg and Cape Town for senior offline planners /campaign managers
An experienced, steady safe pair of hands, who can hit the ground running.
Someone who walks the talk, and actually gets stuck in and takes pride in what they do.
Someone comfortable working on blue chip business and on bigger volumes across multiple channels (Predominantly Offline)
A solid planner who know the ropes and can help us build structure and grow our business as we grow them.
Initial portfolio could include portions of finance - financial category experience is definitely advantageous.
More than anything we want someone who is up for a challenge, collaborative and just a great personality to join our team.
The upside here could be significant growth long term if we find the right person.
Requirements
10 years+ experience as a senior planner
Skills of both planning and reporting across all offline channels, including media metrics and savings tracking
Organised and accurate
Self Starter - calm and controlled
Understands the full media process and has through knowledge of planning, optimisation, benchmarking and tracking, buying and billing.
Able to negotiate media deals and placements at the highest level.
