We're looking for a highly skilled and strategically-driven senior social media manager to join our dynamic team. We are in search of a talented individual who can develop and execute effective social media strategies that seamlessly integrate with our clients' broader digital marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the latest social media trends, excel in client-facing roles, demonstrate comprehensive reporting abilities, have a strong grasp of digital marketing principles, collaborate effectively with the creative team and boast a proven track record of growing audiences, driving engagement, and increasing brand awareness. (Prior experience in managing paid campaigns with platforms like meta and LinkedIn would be a valuable asset.)
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic social media plans that align with clients' overall digital marketing strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and cohesive objectives.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes and emerging platforms.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, actively engaging in discussions, providing strategic recommendations and managing expectations to foster strong relationships.
- Generate comprehensive reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, identify areas for improvement and deliver meaningful insights to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling and visually appealing content that aligns with clients' brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Identify opportunities to integrate social media strategies with other marketing channels, such as email marketing, SEO and content marketing, to optimise overall campaign performance.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving audience growth, enhancing engagement and elevating brand awareness through the implementation of effective social media strategies.
- Utilise expertise in managing paid campaigns to drive success, including platforms such as meta and LinkedIn. Take charge of campaign setup, tracking, audience targeting and pixel implementation.
Required:- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a social media manager, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing strategic social media strategies that seamlessly align with broader digital marketing objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including trends, algorithm updates and best practices, enabling effective campaign optimisation.
- Proficiency in utilising social media management and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, derive actionable insights and drive data-based decision-making.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate strategies effectively, present results convincingly and manage client expectations with professionalism.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and the interconnectedness of social media with other marketing channels.
- Exceptional collaboration and briefing skills, enabling seamless coordination with the creative team to produce impactful content.
- Proven track record of achieving audience growth, engagement and brand awareness across social media platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in managing paid campaigns, particularly with platforms such as meta and LinkedIn, encompassing campaign setup, tracking, audience targeting and pixel implementation.
- Prior experience working with tech, pharma, aesthetics, wine industries is a plus.
