    Segment Performance Marketing Specialist

    Requirements:
    • Be a graduate in business/commerce or marketing related qualification
    • Five years’ experience in direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry
    • A strong background in CRM: customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
    • Strong understanding of the marketing mix and where direct and digital marketing fits within this
    • Experience with paid digital marketing
    • Experience in growth marketing, test and learn approach or A/B Testing
    • Strong background and knowledge of CRM platforms and paid digital media platforms
    • Experience or exposure to MarTech platforms such MoEngage, AppsFlyer, Segment and ChatGPT
    Responsibilities: 
    • Devising direct and digital marketing campaigns in line with the segment or pods’ business strategy and marketing approach
    • Build, map and track customer journeys within POD/segment using MarTech
    • Conduct campaign CPA’s and continuous tracking vs. campaign KPI’s and curse correction
    • Making sure all direct and digital marketing falls within brand guidelines
    • Preparing and implementing schedules for all marketing campaigns
    • Ensuring all campaigns are sent on deadline and within budget.
